Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed only once we have received your deposit and issued a confirmation. Prices quoted are valid at the time of quotation and may change if airline fares, hotel rates or exchange rates move before you confirm.
Visa processing fees
Our visa processing fee covers document review, form preparation, appointment booking and follow-up. It does not include embassy or consular fees, biometrics fees, courier charges or travel to the appointment venue unless stated otherwise.
Visa approval is decided solely by the embassy or consulate. We cannot guarantee approval, and processing fees paid for work already completed are not refundable if an application is denied.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms depend on the airline, hotel and tour operator involved in your booking. We will tell you the applicable terms in writing before you pay.
Travel documents
You are responsible for ensuring your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates and that the information you give us is accurate.
